Our digital-first experience allows you to connect with us remotely. During your consultation, we discuss your inspiration, occasion, preferences and measurements, and guide you through fabrics, colours and design options.
Can I customise a design from your collection?
Absolutely. Our signature designs can be personalised to reflect your individual style, from colour and fabric choices to embroidery and finishing details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping to the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and other destinations worldwide.
Do you provide fabric samples?
Yes. Fabric samples can be shared during the virtual consultations .
When do I need to make payment?
A 50% deposit is required once your design and sizing have been confirmed and before production begins. The remaining balance is settled according to the agreed order terms.
How long does production take?
Production timelines vary depending on the design, level of embroidery and order requirements. For pieces from our Luxury Pret collection, the estimated production time is approximately 2 weeks. For more bespoke and heavily customised creations, timelines may vary depending on the intricacy of the design and craftsmanship involved. Your estimated production timeline will always be confirmed with you before production begins.
How do you ensure the correct sizing?
We confirm your measurements and sizing before production. We also conduct a final sizing confirmation before shipping to allow for any last-minute alterations where required.
Can I order bridal couture from overseas?
