Tracking Information
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and/or email. Tracking details may also be provided through WhatsApp or social media upon request. Please note that tracking information may be subject to delays or technical issues beyond our control.
Delivery Charges – International
International delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and shipment weight. Duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs Clearance and Delays
Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s customs requirements and for any duties, fees, penalties, documentation, or delays arising from customs clearance. Sania Maskatiya is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.
