Delivery Charges
For international orders, shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, package weight, dimensions and applicable courier rates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other destination-country charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee. Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be communicated separately to the customer via email correspondence prior to dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
Seema Raffat carefully coordinates the production and dispatch of every order.
For our Luxury Pret collection, the estimated production timeline is approximately 2 weeks. Bespoke, made-to-measure and bridal orders may require additional time depending on the design, embroidery, craftsmanship and level of customisation involved. Your estimated production timeline will be confirmed before production begins.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and relevant courier information.
While we work closely with our delivery partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs clearance, weather, strikes, public events or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your order has been dispatched and you experience a delivery issue, our team will assist where possible, although the courier may need to be contacted directly for certain delivery-related matters.
Custom & Duties
When ordering from seemaraffat.com for delivery overseas, customers may be subject to applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges. Any additional charges associated with customs clearance are the customer's responsibility.
Customs policies and procedures vary by destination, and international shipments may be subject to inspection by the relevant Customs Authorities.
